What is UVARC?

  • The Upper Valley Amateur Radio Club is a group of radio enthusiasts centered in Fairborn, Ohio.

  • The club was founded by six licensed amateur radio operators June of 1976

  • Made up of both Men and Women, Young and Mature, we are pleased to participate in several community activities, such as the Fourth of July Parade.

  • UVARC (as it is known) meets the 3rd Saturday of each month at Roush's Restaurant (305 W. Main St.) for breakfast, at about 10:A.M.

All that is required to be a member is a genuine interest in electronics, radio, or communications. Our Breakfast's are open (separate checks, of course) so if this sounds like fun, you are welcome to stop in.
